Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all legal german holidays.
Just to make sure that no documents are missed during drop-off, please make sure you bring your passport, SSN and your Military ID, as well as all documents provided to you by BMW like
- Bill of Sale
- BMW Invoice
- Certificate of origin for a vehicle
- U.S. Forces POV Registration
- International Motor Insurance Card (Green Card)
- PCS Order
In case nothing is missing, the drop-off procedure and paperwork will take around 30 minutes.
All personal belongings have to be taken out of the car including the warning triangle and first aid kit.
